4:00 p.m.	Silent art auction is live (all proceeds will go towards the White River Fish Sanctuary)
5:30 p.m.	Lecture by Backgammon legends, Philip Simborg & Michihito Kageyama – Secrets to winning match play (free of charge)
6:00 p.m.	Welcome cocktails & warm up tournament draw (round robin format)
7:00 p.m.	Warm up tournament begins – separate seeded & non-seeded games
10:00 p.m.	Draw for main tournament

Saturday June 15
7:30 – 9:00 a.m.	Continental breakfast will be available at tournament location
10:00 a.m.	Main tournament begins
1:00 -2:00 p.m.	Lunch
5:00 p.m.	Tournament ends
6:00 p.m.	Silent auction closes
7:00 p.m.	Prize giving & closing cocktail party

Sunday June 16
7:30 – 10:30 a.m.	Breakfast at your leisure
8:00 – 9:00 a.m.	Complimentary yoga class at The Ocean Spa
10:00 a.m.	Glass bottom boat tour
All Day	Please feel free to set up friendly backgammon games in our Upper Dining Room at leisure
